1. A clear headline that says what you do
Visitors decide in seconds whether they're in the right place. Your top headline should say what you offer and who it's for, in words your customers would actually use.
2. An obvious next step
Every page should make it easy to take action: book, call, buy, or request a quote. Pick one main action per page and make that button easy to spot.
3. Design that works on phones
Menus that open easily, text that's readable without zooming, and buttons big enough to tap. If it's frustrating on mobile, it's frustrating for most of your visitors.
4. Real trust signals
People want proof that you're real and good at what you do.
- Genuine reviews or testimonials (with permission).
- Photos of your actual work, team, or space.
- A short, human About section.
- Clear policies, pricing ranges, or what to expect.
5. Easy ways to reach you
Put your contact options where people look: the header, the footer, and the end of key pages. A simple form with only the fields you truly need gets more responses than a long one.
